LARQ HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have been trying to get a resolution for the order that they processed, when they were informed not to, since I ordered a years worth of filters for their lousy water pitcher. I suppose if youre lucky youre not having an issue, but BUYER BEWARE!!!

LARQ NOT ONLY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $1 FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF SPEAKING WITH THEM!!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH A RESOLUTION SINCE 12/2023!!

AND I CANNOT REACH ANYONE EXCEPT A CHAT LINE AND THEY WANT $1!

LARQ IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT. THE PITCHER LEAKS EVERYTIME YOUR POUR, AND THE FILTER COMES LOOSE EVERY OTHER DAY AND YOU HAVE TO UPSH IT BACK DOWN INTO PLACE!!

I am unable to get a response from LARQ, and their so-called customer service phone number is UNREACHABLE!!!

I just ordered a years worth of LARQ pitcher filters. ALL I WANT TO DO IS CANCEL MY PREVIOUS SUBSCRIPTION!!! IF YOU CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ME, I WILL STOP FUTURE PAYMENTS AND THROW OUT YOUR PITCHER AND BE DONE WITH LARQ PERMANENTLY!!! Pissed Customer!!!

Wand doesn't work

Pour water in the pitcher...it turn blinking orange or red and then blue. Why does it turn yellow or red. I just recently purchase not long ago.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They replaced one of the faulty lids.

I received my 1st LARQ bottle as a gift from my employer, total game changer for a week, I then noticed the lid to my bottle was chipping and bubbling, and then paint chips falling in to my water. I contacted LARQ for a replacement lid, they have horrible customer service, finally (after they made me feel like a criminal, they replaced my lid.

The second lid was faulty from day 1, wouldn't charge, only lit up yellow, the whole time. I did not contact LARQ with the new replacement lid that didn't work, because I thought they may think I'm up to something, well I'm not, I just want a working bottle. So I reverted back to my old lid, and have probably been poisoning myself with chipped paint, but at least it still cleans the water. I then bought my mom and my husband a LARQ, my moms is fine so far, my husband's bottle purchased in May stopped working immediately, I have been trying to reach customer service, impossible to get anyone to return my emails.

No phone number. I've researched and there are so many just like me, with complaints of faulty lids and horrible customer service.

I am now NOT interested in a replacement lid, I want my money back, (these bottles are not cheap) and I will never recommend LARQ to anyone. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Product doesn't work

Lids are faulty and service is NIL. Go ahead and try to get help. Their site to talk to someone is useless. You can't reach Larq unless you pay. Make your site easier to use. Too pissed to go on. My advice to people is...don't buy Larq!!

I ordered 2 Larq bottles, I only intended to order one

My name is Louis Young, Feb. 23, 2023 I ordered a Larq bottle, I saw it was showing two bottles so I hit the garbage can to delete one of the bottles and it appeared to be gone so when I submitted my payment information, I received a text showing I ordered two. If you order from them they will tell you its basically not their problem when you can not figure out where your shipment is. I have ordered things after them and they have all gotten to me. Their customer service is horrible and they will def not help you. They just blame the shipment people. At this point I am thinking their site is a scam.
